Zenith Media Solutions exists because too much influencer marketing is built backwards, brands chasing follower counts, creators taking whatever deal lands in their inbox. We built an agency around getting the match right first.
Where we started
Zenith began with a handful of people who had spent years on both sides of influencer campaigns, inside brands frustrated by partnerships that looked good on paper but didn't move anything, and working with creators who'd had one too many vague briefs and slow payments.
We set out to build the agency we'd both wanted: one that takes the time to understand what a brand actually needs, finds creators whose audience genuinely fits, and handles the contracts and admin properly, so both sides can focus on the campaign itself.
That starting frustration is still the filter we run every decision through: does this match make sense, or are we just filling a slot?
How we operate
Four commitments that shape every match, regardless of size or budget.
A creator with a huge following but the wrong audience is a worse match than a smaller creator whose viewers are exactly who you're trying to reach. We start every recommendation from the audience, not the number.
When a campaign underperforms, we say so immediately, with a plan attached. We've found that both brands and creators trust us more, not less, when they're told the truth promptly.
We deliberately limit how many brands and creators we work with at once. Knowing a creator's content properly, or a brand's goals properly, matters more to us than the size of our roster.
Every partnership runs on a contract that's clear about scope, usage rights, timelines, and payment, agreed before work starts, not negotiated after the fact.
How we've grown
Zenith began by working closely with a small group of creators we already knew well, understanding their audiences in depth before ever pitching them to a brand.
As trust built on both sides, brands began coming to us directly for matches, and we formalised our process for briefing, contracts, and reporting along the way.
More creators joined as word spread about how partnerships were handled. We kept the same process for every addition, no shortcuts on audience-fit checks just to grow the roster faster.
We now manage brand discovery, creator matching, contracts, and ROI reporting end to end, while keeping the team small enough that every brand and creator is known personally by the people working with them.
